keep aside the batter for 10 minutes so that batter becomes puffy. after this add eno and then prepare dhokhala. now we will make dhokhala. take a plate which can be easliy fitted in utensil. place a wire stand and add water or use special steamers.
we will fill dhokala in this plate and keep it for baking. boil water first. add 2-2.5 cups of water as we wneed to cook dhokala for 20 minutes.
cover it so that steam is generated quickly. meanwhile pour batter in the plate. grease the plate with some oil. add eno powder in the end when everything is prepared before hand. add eno powder in the batter now.
whsik until there is formation of air bubble. batter has become puffy. now cook it immediately after mixing eno powder. place the plate inside the utensil and cover it like this. now we cook dhokala for 20 minutes. check the dhokala.
